FLASH REPORT
1. RULE
Resolution 2025-0003 of the Supreme Court of Justice dated March 24, 2025, temporary measure generated by the national environmental and electric power situation.
2. PURPOSE
It is resolved to modify the working hours, in response to the call of the National Executive for the saving and reduction of electric energy consumption, while the current drought situation in the country lasts, all judicial, executive, administrative and labor officers, throughout the national territory, will work from:
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Likewise, the 1×1 is declared, which consists of one working day for one non-working day, as of the date of its publication, Monday, March 24.
Working days: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Non-working days: Tuesday and Thursday
Judges, of any jurisdiction, shall continue the acts, trials or hearings they have initiated within the agreed schedule, thus avoiding the suspension of the public service of administration of justice. The criminal judicial circuits will continue with the system of ordinary guards to attend the proceedings within their competence.
