The national government has again declared a State of Alarm throughout the country in Decree No. 4,247, published in Official Gazette Special Issue No. 6,554 dated July 10, 2020, stipulating the applicable rules aimed at the reduction of risks and prevention in the case of the COVID-19. The rules provided for in this recent decree, effective for 30 days following the date of publication, are the same as those listed in the original decree declaring the State of Alarm due to the pandemnic (Decree No. 4,160 dated March 13, 2020, published in Official Gazette Special Issue No. 6,519 of that same date).
